If you change your mind or the shoes are the wrong style, size or colour, you may return your purchase within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
Our complimentary domestic express shipping is applicable for the first order ONLY. Customers are responsible for all subsequent exchange and return postage fees.
All returned item(s)
must be new, unused, unworn, unmarked in their original packaging, and in
a salable condition. Once the goods are returned to us with the receipt, tax invoice or other satisfactory evidence as proof of purchase, and we are satisfied that the goods are in their original condition, have not been damaged in any way, the refunds or exchanges can take up to 5 business days to be approved.
Please try on shoes on carpeted area ONLY. If shoes are returned with signs of wear, marks, damaged as a result of wear and tear, we will not be able to process the return / exchange.
To arrange a return, simply contact us via info@bridalshoes.com.au to let us know the reason to start your return process. Once we've received and processed your returned item(s) with proof of purchase, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status via email. Please note that Panache Bridal Shoes is not responsible for any item(s) lost in the mail.

**Store Credit & Gift Card Expiry Date Unless specified or written on the store credit note/gift card, all store credit note or gift card issued by Panache Bridal shoes is only valid for 2 years since the issue date. For example, the expiry date for the store credit note or gift card will be 31st December 2016 if the store credit note or gift card was issued on 1st January 2014. Please use your store credit or gift card by expire date.
