I just wanted to say thank you for your service. After ordering my shoes in the wrong size on Sunday, I contacted you via email on Sunday afternoon and requested a different size be sent. Not only did I receive an email back at 7.30 pm on Sunday (which is unheard of!), you were very obliging in my request to change my order. I have never encountered such lovely, polite and proficient service (especially when ordering on-line) and it was a pleasure dealing with you. My shoes arrived today (Tuesday) and I love them!
