Fantastic service, thanks so much. I ordered my gorgeous shoes on Easter Monday and they arrived at the office the next day. Many many many thanks to Marissa who helped me pick my gorgeous Christal shoes earlier this year. I walked into the store and even though I spent a good hour trying to decide whether or not to get these shoes, she did not make me feel rushed or as though I was taking up her time. She understood the fact that it was a big decision and gave me all the time I needed. She was fabulous, and even though I left in between deciding to look at other stores, one of the reasons that I went back to Panache (apart from being smitten with the shoes) was because of her assistance throughout the morning. I would definitely consider coming back to Panache the next time I need formal evening shoes.

The wedding was just over a month ago, and it flew by. The shoes were so comfy, and absolutely gorgeous, they fit perfectly with my dress, as the dress itself is actually called the Cinderella gown.

Just wanted to say thank you again, I can't wait to wear these babies out again!

I ordered a pair of shoes Wednesday morning at around 10.30 am (Virginia White shoe). It was on my door step Thursday morning at 7.30 am! Amazing! I just wanted to say thank you for your service. After ordering my shoes in the wrong size on Sunday, I contacted you via email on Sunday afternoon and requested a different size be sent. Not only did I receive an email back at 7.30 pm on Sunday (which is unheard of!), you were very obliging in my request to change my order. I have never encountered such lovely, polite and proficient service (especially when ordering on-line) and it was a pleasure dealing with you. My shoes arrived today (Tuesday) and I love them! I will be recommending Panache to everyone.
